I.D. RE-VALIDATION AND PAYMENT INFORMATION UPDATE

CenClub is pleased to announce the re-validation of all CVE I.D. cards. In addition, we will be updating all household and payment information. Although owners are required to surrender their I.D. cards upon selling their units, some do not get returned. Every few years, identification cards are replaced to validate owners as true residents of our beautiful community. We call this process "re-validation."  


STEP-BY-STEP

  • These forms can be completed ONLINE or on paper (print below or in the Staff Office)

  • The Staff Office is open from 8am - 11pm daily.
  • If you filled out the information online, you do not have to drop anything off and can skip this step!

  • A CenClub Staff member will call YOU to confirm your information and book your appointment for you to receive your NEW I.D.
  • We will call YOU in the order that we receive your forms.  Calls will be made between 9am and 4pm for a 5 minute phone call. If you are unable to answer, you may call back, otherwise a second call attempt will be made later in the same day.

  • This form is NOT for Guests, Tenants, Companions, or Gate Pass holders. We ask that all owners and occupants of the same unit submit their own individual form. For example, if you are husband and wife, and you have an additional occupant in the unit, please fill out three individual forms.
  • Please fill out this form before booking your appointment. Appointments are scheduled per household, not individually. 
  • TIP: This form may be easiest to complete on your smartphone. If you are the primary owner handling payment of recreation fees and choose electronic debit, you will be required to upload a photo of a voided check. You can upload the photo by using your smart phone to take a picture.
