Movie Showings
Theater Policies
- Movies are in the Clubhouse Theater, unless otherwise notified in the movie schedule.
- There is a limited seating capacity, and residents will be let in on a first come, first serve basis.
- No food or drink will be allowed. Bottled water only.
- Using electronic devices is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to cell phones, tablet, computers, cameras.
- No wearing perfume or cologne in the Theater. The Theater is a FRAGRANCE FREE ZONE.
Event Reservations
Events
- Meetings and event spaces, pool gatherings, outdoor spaces (BBQ, gazebo, shuffleboard), and courts (tennis and pickleball) may require a Reservation Request Form for use by residents, groups, clubs, or organizations.
- All Reservation Request Forms will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Management has the right to deny any request at its discretion.
- If the Reservation Request Form is approved, the requester will be contacted with an Event Confirmation that includes a Facilities Use Agreement. The Facilities Use Agreement MUST be signed 48 hours prior to the event.
- Some venues and outdoor spaces may require a deposit if there is food and beverage to be served. Please refer to the Reservation Request for details. Deposit checks are due 48 hours before the event or the event may be cancelled. Deposit by check only. Deposit checks are payable to CenClub. Checks will be shredded upon conclusion of the event.
- Requests must be made 48 hours prior to the event.
- Courts and BBQ's can be reserved up to 30 days in advance, with 5 Court/BBQ reservations per week, and one Court/BBQ a day, up to 2 hours a day for Courts and 4 hours a day for BBQ's. Season requests will NOT be accepted.
- Confirmed reservations take precedence over anyone using the room without a reservation.
- Click EVENT RESERVATION REQUEST below for NEW reservations or stop by the Staff Office.
- Click EVENT CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS below to change an existing submitted or confirmed event reservation.

Bingo and Dances
Bingo
- Bingo is hosted in the Party Room every Tuesday at 7:00 PM!
- Doors open at 5:30 PM.
- Capacity is limited for each event, so arrive early!
- Guests are allowed at Bingo!

- Saturday Night Dances are hosted in the Party Room every Saturday at 7:30 PM! Check out the Happenings for a list of DJs for each dance!
- SHORTS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Please help us preserve the elegance of our events.
