CenClub and Master Management facilities are designated for use by residents and must be reserved exclusively for resident-related functions, activities, or gatherings. Events organized by, for, or on behalf of non-residents are not permitted. This policy is in place to ensure that facility use aligns with the facilities intended purpose and supports the interests of our community at large.

• Meetings and event spaces, pool gatherings, outdoor spaces (BBQ, gazebo, shuffleboard), and courts (tennis and pickleball) may require a Reservation Request Form for use by residents, groups, clubs, or organizations. 
• All Reservation Request Forms will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.  
• Management has the right to deny any request at its discretion.  
• If the Reservation Request Form is approved, the requester will be contacted with an Event Confirmation that includes a Facilities Use Agreement. The Facilities Use Agreement MUST be signed 48 hours prior to the event.      
• Some venues and outdoor spaces may require a deposit if there is food and beverage to be served. Please refer to the Reservation Request for details. Deposit checks are due 48 hours before the event or the event may be cancelled. Deposit by check only. Deposit checks are payable to CenClub. Checks will be shredded upon conclusion of the event.
• Requests must be made 48 hours prior to the event.  
• Courts and BBQ's can be reserved up to 30 days in advance, with 5 Court/BBQ reservations per week, and one Court/BBQ a day, up to 2 hours a day for Courts and 4 hours a day for BBQ's per household. Season requests will NOT be accepted.  
• Pool Gathering Requests: Pool rules must be obeyed. Food and beverage must remain under the canopy at all times. NO GLASS. Others are allowed to utilize the pool, deck, and other facilities during the time of your event. This request serves as a notification that the space is being utilized, NOT A RESERVATION. Parties who neglect to notify administration of gatherings at the pool facilities will be subject to suspension from recreation facilities. Setup is "As Is" and no indoor equipment from the Clubhouse is permitted. Musical performances and amplified sound do not fall within the guidelines of facility usage for pools. Please host all musical gatherings in an approved space. 
• Performances and large events open to the community may not conflict with the Theater show dates listed on CenClub.com/tickets.
• Confirmed reservations take precedence over anyone using the room without a reservation.

• Click EVENT CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS below to change an existing submitted or confirmed event reservation.
