PERSONAL TRAINING

Our personal trainers are compassionate, motivated and ready to help you reach your fitness goals! 


Your individual exercise plan will be designed based on a health history, current physical activity level and exercises to reach your goals. Sessions include 30, 60 minute and or 60-minute partner training.

During your session, your trainer will explain, demonstrate and guide you through safe and proper techniques.

Madison began her career in the health and wellness industry in 2015. Madison has been on staff for several years and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In addition to her passions for training, Madison leads multiple group exercise classes including yoga, aquacise, and aerobics. Madison’s mission is to help her clients feel strong, confident and happy!

Christine has recently relocated from NYC to South Florida! Christine is certified through the American Sports & Fitness Association. She understands each client is unique and she will design a program that is specific for you! Christine is very excited about the opportunity to be a part of the CVE Team!

Antoine is a dedicated Physical Therapy Technician and a recent graduate of Florida Atlantic University. Antoine has his personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and enjoys working with clients of all ages. His specialty is in injury prevention rehabilitation and providing the highest standard of care and support for his clients.

Joelle is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as a certified water aerobics instructor. She was born in Colombia and raised in Belgium. Joelle competes in marathons and triathlons around the country. Joelle's goal is to guide her clients through their health and help them create the best version of themselves!

He is a NASM-certified personal trainer and group instructor. Joe’s passion is guiding clients through their fitness journey while growing functional strength and burning excess fat. Joe incorporates

Joe incorporates his years of experience into personal training and martial arts. He enjoys helping clients build practical strength and feel confident while exercising. bOOK tRAINER

Fitness center Rules and Regulations

  • Fitness classes are restricted to CVE residents and renters only.
  • Must provide proof of ID.
  • Always wipe down equipment after use with solution provided.
  • Time limit on treadmills, elliptical, upright bikes, recumbent bikes and seated ellipticals is 30 minutes.
  • Rubber soled shoes must be worn to enter the Fitness Center, no wedges, open toe, flip flops or golf shoes permitted.
  • Cell phone use during exercise is not permitted.
  • Do not sit on equipment to socialize; rotate between sets.
  • Do not wear perfume or cologne to fitness center and classes.
  • Please use the lockers for belongings (not for overnight use), must bring your own lock.
  • Shirts must always be worn.
  • Please consult your physician before beginning an exercise program. Refer to a Physical Therapist if you have a rehab prescription. We are not a physical therapy facility.
  • A signed waiver is required to use the Fitness Center.
  • No food or drink allowed in the Fitness Center (Bottled Water Only).
  • No one under the age of 18 is allowed (must provide proof of ID if asked).

7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

(April Through October)


1:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

(November Through March)


Guests are not permitted in Athletic or Aquacise Classes.
