How to Purchase Tickets

Ticket Office

The Ticket Office provides tickets for shows and events all year! Tickets can also be purchased online.

TICKET Policies

  • Tickets will not be refunded unless show is canceled 
  • Paper receipts and paper tickets will not be accepted for entry into events and shows. Only physical tickets will be accepted. 
  • Residents are permitted to purchase 6 tickets per show. For the 7th ticket purchased, and each additional ticket thereafter, there will be  a $5.00 upcharge.

Theater Policies

  • Shorts are NOT ALLOWED in the theater during shows. 
  • No food or drink allowed in theater. Please, no chewing gum.
  • No lighters
  • All cell phones and electronic devices should be turned off
  • Cameras are prohibited
  • Ushers will assist residents to seat and remove walker to back of the theater – residents should put label or name tag on walker prior to coming to theater.
  • No talking during movie or performance.
  • Special needs residents should come with their companion/aide early so they may be seated with the least disruption.
  • Do not yell out comments to the performers during the show
  • Your seat is assigned to you when you purchase your ticket – NO SEAT CHANGING ONCE THE SHOW BEGINS, VIOLATORS ARE SUBJECT TO REMOVAL.


Simple courtesy and patience will go a long way toward enhancing your enjoyment of the theater offerings.

LeClub Theater, located on the West end of property next to Master Management, is a small tiered venue perfect for intimate events and shows.

    How to Purchase Tickets Online

    1. How to Purchase Tickets online

    First, your login information must be created for access to the CenClub Portal. Click the button below to submit a request to create or reset your login information. This information will be generated by administrative staff and may take up to 48 hours to become active.

    2. Navigating through the Cenclub ONLINe Portal

    Once your login information is created and you receive your credentials via email, visit the portal login website by clicking the button below. Type in your new username and password and log in!

    3. Select your seats

    Search through the venue map for the available seats, select the seats you wish to purchase, and add to your cart.  

    4. How to get your purchased tickets

    After your tickets are purchased online and you have made it past the checkout, you are able to send receipts to your email. You can also view your receipts by clicking on "MY ACCOUNT" and "Reprint a Receipt." Tickets purchased online will be available for pickup at the Ticket Office in the Clubhouse anytime before the show during business hours.
