Join us WEEKLY, every Friday, from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM at the Clubhouse Parking Lot. Enjoy fresh, locally grown foods, plants and flowers, prepared foods, bakery products, specialty items, fresh pizzas, and more! Come stroll through the market, discover something new, and support local vendors while enjoying fresh and unique offerings without leaving the community!

- DASH (Driver Assistant Service Hub) will be in the Theater Alcove the first Wednesday of the month from 10am to 2pm to provide residents convenient access to select driver license and Florida ID services, including Standard driver license renewals, Replacement driver licenses, and more. Appointments are available and can be made by contacting the Staff Office.

Broward County Property Appraiser will provide appointments to CVE Residents by APPOINTMENT ONLY to Homestead. You can call the Staff Office at 954.428.6892.

community cares shuttle
Stay connected to essential resources with the Community Cares Shuttle. Residents can enjoy convenient transportation to Nina’s Place food pantry, including a free pre-packed box of groceries each visit. The shuttle runs every Monday starting May 4, departing the clubhouse at 2:00 PM and returning by 3:00 PM. Space is limited, and advance registration is required.
A.A.R.P. Driver Safety Course
Refresh your driving skills and learn valuable techniques to help keep you safe on the road. Open to A.A.R.P. members and non-members. Pre-registration is required! Appointments are available and can be made by contacting the Staff Office.
